The day to day administration shall be with the principal officers of the schools – the principal, the vice principals, the headmaster and the assistant headmasters. These principal officers shall meet together as occasion demands to discuss common affairs and separately as the need arises this will be referred to as the wings Primary School Administration and the Wings secondary school Administration. Each will have its own management committee which shall function separately. External members shall be three in each case. The principal of the schools shall be members. Two distinct administrative organs are to be put in place for the primary and secondary schools.

Management Committee

The Primary school management shall comprise the following:

• The Headmaster
• Assistant Headmaster
• Tutor–General
• School Proprietress/Proprietor or their representatives
• Two external members chosen on the basis of
  1. Professionalism in teaching and
  2. Commitment to education, integrity and passion for community development. The chairman of the management committee shall be chosen from (iv) and (v) above.

The Wings secondary school has similar management committee composition as above.
