Since the main aim of sports and games is to provide sound mind in sound body, the aim of the schools equally is to develop the students in the school physically, mentally, socially and morally, under the staff supervision.

The schools are well equipped with some of the primary school gymnastic equipment e.g. hanged spring, see saw, pomel, vertical and horizontal bar with other children playing equipment.

At the secondary school, football field, volleyball court, Badminton court, Table Tennis, Abula and indoor recreational games are available work is in progress on Basketball court construction.

The schools are co-educational institutions that have respect for modes of dressing of both Islam and Christianity. The male sportswear shall be T-shirt and long trousers while that of female will be T-shirt and long trousers and the Muslim girl are allowed to put on cape (hijab) to cover their heads while the Christian girls put on a beret cap.

The sports wears are in accordance with the house colour with sport shoes which students must put on every Wednesday to the school.

Since sports is also a way of promoting the image of the school apart from academic excellence on which the schools are known, the management must be interested in equipping the sports department with necessary sporting equipment.

The schools annual athletic competition usually comes up during the second term of the academic session before the mid-term break.

There is a standby school bus to convey the school relay team to any invitation competition.
